Being an Advice Projects SME, my work has involved:- Worked in an Agile environment to deliver key changes to the business;- Facilitate business workshops and discussions to determine system and business requirements;- Working closely with Product Owners to develop and deliver new processes, systems and tools to the AMP phone-based advice practice;- Development of end-to-end business processes and frameworks;- Determine requirements and configure XPLAN financial planning software specifically for the phone-based advice practice;- Development and implementation of new workflow tools and case management functionality in Salesforce;- Coordinate UAT with business users on new functionality;- Design and development of the integration of XPLAN & Salesforce.

In my role as associate adviser, I spend time preparing, researching and developing the most appropriate, well thought out advice and plans for clients. By working closely with advisers, discussing the clients' fears, goals, and dreams I am well equipped to investigate and then provide advice to help them create their ideal future.By combining study with on the job experience I am making the most of both learning opportunities. Currently working with advisers is helping me learn and understand complex strategies for when I branch in to financial advice.Seeing clients achieve their goals thanks to the advice, research and preparation that I put in is a huge reason why I do what I do.
