Graduated in Electronics Engineering, Luciano has 27 years of experience in Telecommunications and Networking.Initiated his Telecom/Networking career on Bradesco in 1993, he actively participate in the transformation of the Bradesco network, from a mesh of mainframe and other proprietary solutions, to market (Microsoft Windows/Cisco Routers) and open standards (TCP/IP), he also helped on the implementation of the first Internet Banking system in Brazil, in 1996.Transitioned to Nortel Networks in 2000, at that time the worlwide leader in Telecomunications Equipment, worked on the design and implementation of more complex Carrier data networks, including the expansion and refitting of the Brazilian largest Frame-Relay network at Telefonica. Also at Telefonica, implemented a SIP-based Multimedia Communication System to provide integration between Telephony, Videoconference, Instant Messaging and Email, breaking through into a concept that the market today knows as Unified Communications. Luciano also have the opportunity to expand his experience, working on similar projects around the Caribbean and Latin America region.After leaving Nortel, he worked for a short period of time at Bull, helping transition the support services for Nortel MSS, ensuring former Nortel customers a continuation of their operations.Lastly, he joined Verint, a software provider, leader of solutions for voice/screen recording, quality monitoring, workforce management, voice biometrics and Speech Analytics, deploying Verint products with major call centers, carriers and enterprise customers around CALA region.Specialties: Technical: FR, ATM, IP, SIP, Windows, Solaris and Linux.
