Current- Responsible for the successful recruitment of professional and nonprofessional staff for AW Health Care’s onboarding and retention processes.
- Identifies and sources targeted professional and nonprofessional candidates using a variety of creative and effective recruitment methods. Source using Career Builder, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Identifies and searches candidate database(s) for potential candidates. Develops hiring campaigns for potential candidates and places follow-up calls to proactively source candidates
- Review CVs/applications and phone screen candidates to determine quality and fit for the organization. Present candidate opportunities with detail and clarity, providing information about AW Health Care’s specific.
