Partnering with Le Projet d'Appuis au Développement de Menabe et du Melaky (AD2M) on multiple themes related to rural development while simultaneously teaching English for a Specific Purpose (ESP) to project staff. Wrote and was awarded funding grants surrounding the design and construction of host of water-related technologies serving an orphanage in southeastern Madagascar. Developed a comprehensive educational curriculum, including co-authoring of a children's book (published under funds from USAID), aimed at combating the spread of malaria in southwestern Madagascar.Research activities center around the incorporation of water systems planning and management on multiple spatial levels that compliment development themes in implementation phase of project timeline. Specifically aimed at the management of natural resources along the southwestern coast of Madagascar, including mangrove forests and coral reef systems.

Project-Based Service Learning Impact Study

Served NASA Academic Affairs Office as an education specialist, focusing on efforts that blended science and technology within both mechanical and civil engineering realms of study. Core founding member of team of engineers, educators and higher education leaders charged with developing comprehensive four-year technology-based aerospace engineering curriculum to be disseminated and tested by thirteen states in agreement with the Southern Regional Education Board (SREB). Co-coordinator of Marshall Space Flight Center Robotics support and development program, in conjunction with FIRST and LEGO Robotics. Prepared and lead numerous teacher-training workshops on the use and incorporation of host of NASA-sponsored high-technology activities designed for classrooms from kindergarten to higher education.

Professional SCUBA diving contractor for PG Professional Golf, servicing private and public golf courses personally contracted and already under contracting arrangements through PG. Responsible for all aspects of operation, including servicing, monitoring and shipping of golf balls for purposes of commercial resale. Oversaw engineering review of process and instrumentation diagrams with engineers and subcontractors.

Developed professional aptitude for delivering and reviewing various methods of project delivery while serving multiple, including senior living, higher education, and federal clientele. Managed sub-contractors scheduling and requests for proposals within design/build prime contracts during project designs and was vetted proposals from both contractors and designers throughout project duration.
