Managing key program to improve the overall Engineering Experience, remove impediments, maximize engineers’ engagement and efficiency. Covered topics are various: working environment (laptops, equipment..) , tooling improvements (new functionalities in tools for developers or QA, stability dashboards), process simplification (for change management creation or review), knowledge sharing initiatives (templates for documentation, better handled newcomers..), ease Authentication user experience.Program head of 4 Streams, I'm in charge of coordination of the deliveries, newsletters, management of the risks, the scope in collaboration with each Stream Leaders involved. But also I'm challenging and supporting different teams and SAFE trains and consolidate results through Steering committee presentations.

Managing industrialization of production support and transfer of investigation activities to Level 1 & 2Beside all project aspect (budget, risk, roadmap, communication..), my role was also to lead a team of 4 contractors, in charge of process & tools creation, all documented. I also created training & be trainer of Level 1 & 2 teammates.
