Discover the life cycle of fabrics, the social and environmental impacts of the textile industry, and alternatives for sustainable textiles. In person or online, the Textiles UnTangled is a collaborative workshop for everyone: individuals, companies, schools, or volunteer organisations.

I am a ecosystem thinking coach who helps managers future-proof their companies, engage their employees, and stimulate collective intelligence.In collaboration with Circulab and Green Donut, I facilitate trainings and workshops in the textile and microelectronic sectors to transition to a Circular Economy. I gave trainings on regenerative business models based on the serious games I have created with Université Grenoble Alpes at UGA-Polytech Grenoble, as well as the Eco-conception certificate with the GScop.

Through Université Grenoble Alpes, I’ve been able to develop two serious games: "My IoT" and "My Garment". These Transition Discovery Games seek to bring awareness to the social and environmental challenges of the 21st century through collective intelligence. Their objective is to empower people to create and apply their solutions toward mindful production and consumption of every day objects such as connected objects and clothes.

I have the pleasure of teaching two modules for the Burgundy School of Business: one on Impact Entrepreneurship, and the other on Leadership and Organizational Management. In both cases, the curriculum is focused on helping students design a response addressing Sustainable Development Goals.

As part of the NEED for IoT IDEX CDP2 research project, in collaboration with IRT Nanoelec Formation, for University Grenoble Alpes.• Created engaging modules for multidisciplinary students (Master, Ph.D.) and industrial managers to raise sustainability awareness in the IoT sector.• Developed the «My IoT: a discovery game», using collective intelligence to co-construct solutions in line with the principles of the circular economy and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.• Trained facilitators to structure a community around the serious game (Perform, GEM Playground).Below please find videos and the website presenting "My IoT: a discovery game".

As part of the CEI (innovation and enterprise cell), under the supervision of Pr. Karine Samuel, I teach a course on the fundamentals of marketing applied to the innovation challenges of the automotive industry. I also assist strategy and marketing classes and coach students enrolled in the Manintec semester, where they have to test out both the technical viability and business model of a given innovation.

Project partners:Université de Grenoble (Institutes G-SCOP and CERAG), Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society (Berlin), Raidlight SAS, OpenIT Agency, P2PLab and Open Source Ecology.Our project on Open source product development (OSPD), aims at understanding how these communities work in practice; the methods and tools communities need to enhance their existing collaborative design process and to identify key success factors for OSPD business modelsMy research will focus on how the business models supporting knowledge dissemination can result in a long-term stimulation and professionalization of the movement. Of course, I'll be particularly interested in exploring the link between open design and sustainability.

- Project lead on leveraging textile-waste through 3D technologies, offering sustainability strategy services for the sportswear industry.- Actively networking and collaborating with experts in innovative and sustainable textiles, textile-waste management and social entrepreneurship.- Presented on the business case for sustainability; developed and delivered training material on the lifecycle impacts of garments in conferences and business schools: Business School Lausanne, Grenoble École de Management, Women in Board and Action Sports.

- Successfully formed innovative partnerships to achieve closed-loop processes for food waste management.- Built effective relationships with Korean suppliers, international clients, engineers, urban gardeners, laboratories and government agencies.- Coordinated the validation and assessment of the technology’s eco-performance with France’s Environmental Agency (ADEME). - Effectively headed marketing functions; developed and translated marketing tools and sales presentations, carried out competitive intelligence analyses, developed and implemented the marketing plan.- Drove SEM to new heights, methodically placing company on top searches.

• In collaboration with the product manager, conducted pricing and style benchmarking research for infant wear. • Offered strategic recommendations for new growth options based on trend research, outreaching to European, Turkish, Egyptian and Moroccan producers of ethical-fibers.

• Created custom made high-end personalized baby shower accessories and infants wear for a global clientele using responsible or upcycled materials.• Conclusively set up the supply chain and delivered 60 prototypes in two weeks for French infant wear brands.• Collected and detailed all product material / construction information, resulting in efficient raw material purchasing and accurately produced finished product.

• Coordinated firm’s internal communication to optimize supply chain. Managed sixteen employees in six different departments. • Developed firm’s internet and television communication plan and firm’s marketing collateral.• Generated and closed sales for high-end restaurants, hotels and private clients.• Managed new product launches, supervised all aspects design, production and distribution in Ripley mall. • Conceived 3D renderings per client specification, coordinated project production with factory’s staff, and supervised on-site installation for the private, hotel and restaurant sectors.

• Worked with an interdisciplinary team to bring HIV + people into the San Francisco circle of care. This was a hands-on experience, where I was actively linking clients to case managers and health care providers.• Organized art therapy groups at the Saint Mary's AIDS dementia ward.
