While working full time in other fields I have decided to move my real estate license to the Briggs Freeman Honor Group where I can maintain past and potential client relations by referring them to highly qualified, full-time real estate professionals.

Rapidly advanced within the brokerage from intern to sales agent and was entrusted by CEO Rogers Healy to form a Group with a partner through the Texas Real Estate Commission aimed at creating better branding for young residential clients. Develop all of our own marketing strategies to land clients and personally helped over 50 people find apartments in Dallas.

I worked directly for CEO Rogers Healy on his personal real estate team. I helped implement a new CRM software and worked to become the the go to subject matter expert. I also collaborated with the team to design, implement, and optimize a new process workflow that streamlined the entire client experience. Throughout my internship I simultaneously did course work and took exams to obtain my Texas Real Estate License.

I was interviewed and chosen sit on the student advisory board for the Vice President of Student Affairs at SMU. This board meets to bridge the communication gap between students and administration. As a member, it is my duty to represent and respect the best interests of all students at SMU. I raise awareness to issues students are dealing with, and work with the administration to find creative solutions.

The Big Event is the largest collegiate led community service event in the nation. Over 70 universities and 250,00 volunteers from across the nation go out into their cities to serve and give back to the community. Student Foundation is a student-run programming organization that plans all of the traditional events at SMU. These events include Family Weekend, Homecoming, and many more. As development chair I led a committee of four people to facilitate alumni and donor relations. In the wake of COVID-19, I devised and successfully launched a new initiative to connect students to small businesses. I also oversaw all of our alumni relations and communication; including an email newsletter.

As Assistant Director I was responsible for organizational planning and building a long term strategy, as well as managing communication of the executive team and all leadership committees. I ensured that everyone was working toward the same goal with clear communication and collaboration. My ultimate goal was to put the correct processes in place for The Big Event to continue as a sustainable organization for years to come.

As Street Team Chair I was responsible for finding, inviting, and retaining new members and attendees for The Wesley House campus ministry. This included reaching out and talking to freshmen who I had never met before, getting to know lots of new people, and ultimately trying to make sure everyone always felt like they were at home while at Wesley events.

As Activities Coordinator on The Campus Events Committee, I was in charge of all activities at two of the largest on campus events at SMU: Peruna Palooza (our mascot's birthday party), and Celebration Of Lights (a holiday celebration with Christmas lights before winter break). Each event has around 2,000 attendees. I was responsible for working with vendors to coordinate activities and attractions such as a photo booth with live reindeer or a pop up ice skating rink.

As a part of my Residential Commons Council I was in charge of representing the needs and wants of those who lived in my building, Crum Commons. I took part in planning and carrying out several community involvement initiatives. This included fun events like pancake nights to serious programs like a peer mentorship network. Collaborated on a consulting team to perform and deliver IT strategy assessments for clients, including several Fortune 500 companies. Primary role was to analyze client data to derive insights and build slides for presentations. I also received my Six Sigma Green Belt by leading an internal project to improve and re-launch an innovation certification program open to 1k+ Randstad employees.

As a sales rep I sold Cutco products through in-person demonstrations. I was responsible for generating all of my own leads and managing relationships with all of my clients. After only 6 weeks I was a one of the top 75 sales reps in a pool of over 42,000 people.

As an IT intern I analyzed system data of 150 vehicles in a fleet tracking software to assist managers in improving safety and efficiencies. I also helped the company transfer from the Microsoft software platform to the Google G-Suite platform. This included teaching employees how to use the new software through in-person help, writing documents, and making videos.
