Responsible for all aspects of Louisville's career exploration program for juniors and seniors, including field trips, job shadowing and guest speakers. Implements new program elements such as banking/finance workshops and design thinking projects as new lab is completed. Keeps the program fresh and relevant in our changing world for women - adding new track for business and communications, medicine/health sciences. Engages parents, alumnae, local businesses and graduate schoolsin support of the program.

Collaborate with the Instructional Technology Director, school administration, librarian and teaching faculty to provide leadership for the integration of technology within the curriculum, as well as for administrative support. Lead the direction and implementation of educational technology in a one-to-one laptop setting through strategic planning, research, budgets, and cooperative relationships, with recent focus on supporting hybrid and online learning. Plan, coordinate and facilitate faculty professional development in a variety of formats for curriculum integration of technology including online learning, learning differences, student engagement and formative assessment. Model and directly assist with the integration of technology in learning while providing ongoing coaching to teachers, department chairs and administrators. Design and teach school's first fully online courses to students with desire to mentor other teachers designing online courses at the school.  Coordinate, administer and support faculty/staff use of Blackbaud's School Information System (SIS) and Learning Management System (LMS), emphasizing the potential for blended/online learning opportunities and improved communication. Oversee design and maintain updated content of school’s public web site for all departments including admissions, athletics, alumnae and development (until Fall 2020) Manage system integrations for Google Apps for Education, Naviance, Turnitin, library services and other campus systems.
