Operational Planning and Coordination: - Designing and planning all logistical and operational aspects of the event, including scheduling, space allocation, and resource coordination. - Working closely with various internal departments, such as catering, accommodation, technology, and maintenance, to ensure all event elements are perfectly aligned. - Overseeing the preparation of spaces and ensuring all necessary equipment is available and functioning correctly.3. Client and Relationship Management: - Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the entire event planning and execution process. - Maintaining clear and efficient communication with clients to ensure their expectations are met and, if possible, exceeded. - Providing quick and effective solutions to any issues or last-minute changes that may arise.
