Hi I’m Laila pronounced Li-la. Passion and drive are the main forces that narrate my work ethic. My creativity and innovative mentality inspire my desire to continuously challenge myself daily.I have worked in the Events & Hospitality industry for over 20 years through my family’s Retail Foods outlet at the Phoenix Convention Center. Growing up in this fast-paced business has been the best on-the-job experience for myself. Ensuring the best customer service to large conventions and expos hosted by the City of Phoenix, I have gained knowledge in understanding the dynamics of each unique client.With this experience, I ventured into the Event Planning industry for three years, where I worked as an Event Coordinator Assistant leading to a Sales Coordinator with Aventura Catering.I also worked as an Event Planner Assistant for George Abrams, a well-established planner in the industry. Currently I am passionate about Social Media Marketing and very interested in working in this industry.
