Worked closely with Program Manager on strategic initiatives and projects to ensure effective program operations, participant health and safety, and overall impact. >> Resolved 1-year backlog of critical incident review and resolution through streamlining and simplifying workflows and building partnerships with other state agencies. >> Designed provider training (for ~300 providers) and provided technical assistance to address key policy deployment. >> Helped facilitate completion of a 3-year quality assurance review and resolution of program deficiencies that ensured continued funding from CMS.
