My background is an eclectic mix of self-discovery and endless growth. I am a natural born entrepreneur who sees opportunity everywhere. I placed actors in work for ten years in South Africa where I helped build one of the biggest acting agencies in Johannesburg. I worked in Volume Recruitment for the Banking Sector for 4 years, and after completing a Masters in Film and Communication at WAPA’s Screen Academy I worked as Production Coordinator on The Amazing Race and created a TV show called Immigrant Chef. I am a creative who loves people and loves to laugh at life and specifically myself. I am thirsty for knowledge and hungry to endlessly grow. My greatest strength is my love for people, and my ability to surround myself by those who can help me grow. I want to change the way students experience education. I want to help build our country into a stronger better place for all. I believe that if people strive in life, driven by passion – true greatness can be achieved. We are all inspired by something. The only thing that stops us is fear. I spend my time in classrooms banishing fear and driving students. I walk away inspired by their ability to think in ways adult minds can no longer comprehend. The great thing about start up business is that we have complete creative and poetic license to tackle that problem in any way we choose. The journey of setting up business is a recreation of one’s self. We get to pour ourselves and our dreams into something we can share with others. When others love our creations, it is a moment of intense self – validation. A moment that proves we can. And we all can.
