Managing the commercial side of the business, I oversee the sales and implementation of our asset management software within multiple sectors. Our software is based upon a customisable cloud platform and we deal with many organisations from facilities and estate management, healthcare and education as well as many other industries.I enjoy leading a team that help and support customers improve their vital business information, transform their data and processes and use our software to maximise their resources. Personally I am focused and flexible with a commitment to driving the business forward and our clients achieving their goals. Previously, I gained 10 years of experience in the aviation industry working in commercial and strategic planning roles as well as busy operational environments, where agility and time-pressured problem solving and decision-making are key.Whilst often wearing quite a few hats, my focus is to make sure the company is monitoring strategy, short and long-term goal progression, sales, internal productivity and development of new technology.
