My professional experience has equipped me with strong customer service, data entry, and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently after brief training on various systems. In my role at the Massey University Research Centre, I conducted interviews with the general public to gather valuable information for the governing body, contributing to the development to inform social policies.At The Knowledge Warehouse, a market research call center, I gained insight into the types of data companies seek to collect. My ability to learn quickly allowed me to contribute to multiple survey projects for companies such as Mecca Cosmetica, Wesfarmers, NAB Bank, and Coles Supermarket. The transferable skills I developed at Massey University Research Centre helped me excel in this role and advance my career.These work opportunities have strengthened my existing skills and allowed me to confidently say: I am an outgoing individual with strong communication abilities, whether speaking one-on-one or addressing larger groups.
