I am a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee, where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources Management and a concentration in Entrepreneurship. My passion for HR developed through my internship at Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union, where I gained hands-on experience in HR operations. Currently, I’m a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Master Services, where I focus on sourcing and hiring top talent to drive company success, conduct new hire orientations, and find community service opportunities for my company to get involved with. I thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy connecting with people, and am driven by a desire to contribute to organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
