As a graduate of Rockhurst University in Kansas City, I have majors in Non-Profit Leadership Studies, Psychology and Theology. After completing my B.A., I served as the Volunteer Coordinator for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society Mid America Chapter, directing 2,500 volunteers regionally. Following my career aspirations in the non-profit sector, I moved to coordinate the Annual Scholarship Fund at Donnelly College in the Advancement Office, providing education to those who may not otherwise be served. In January of 2014, I took a new direction and started working as a Membership Manager at the Girl Scouts of NE Kansas & NW Missouri. I have a passion for service to the community as well as breadth of non-profit management skills. I believe fully in any mission that advocates social change that protects and empowers a person’s right to live a happy, healthy life.Currently, I'm teaching yoga and practicing mindfulness as a conscious parent to a new baby.
