Key Projects include – Downtown Line Alarm Monitoring System:Effectively led a team of 5 IT professionals for a duration of 15 months and ensured implementation of SNMP and SFTP. Efficiently used .NET 3.5, SQL Server 2008, C#, WCF, SNMP, SFTP technologies and played the role of a ‘Team Lead’.  Guided the team to develop modules such as station management, access configuration, map configuration, and device group configuration. Rendered expertise in post-implementation and resolved issues & hindrances within SLA’s.Bus Lane Enforcement System:Spearheaded efforts in analysis, design, development and testing of the BLES project for the client LTA. Used .NET 3.5, SQL Server 2008, C#, WCF technologies to accomplish the project in a timely manner. Diligently actuated the project into three major parts – Front End Capturing, Back End Processing and Web Interface for displaying the violation images and videos according to the search specifications. Optimized the system's performance with accurate systems analysis, deployment and implementation.Patron and Vehicle Administration System:Supervised and managed tasks of 7 IT professionals using ASP.NET 2.0, SQL Server 2005, C#, ADO.NET, to accomplish the PVAS project. Assisted team with TIM coding, TVM operations, DB & UI designing, requirement analysis and deployment functions. Developed modules such as Electronic Car Parking System , TVM (Ticket Vending Machine), TIM (Ticket Issuing Machine), RGC (Racing Gold Card Application), and PVAS web application for enabling race management for Turf Club.DSTA Multimedia System for Naval Museum:Oversaw and managed functions of 5 IT professionals engaged in developing the NMMS project. Played a pivotal role in assisting the team with development of Audit Log Management, Content Management, Creston Controller, General Setting, Scheduler and Status Reporting modules. Engaged in requirement analysis, DB and UI design, coding and deployment functions.
