• 6+ years of total IT experience in Salesforce Development. • Working in Salesforce, Service Max technology and Adobe Sign.• Experience in Configuration, Customization, and development of Salesforce CRM and Force.com platform using Visual force and Apex.• Experience in creating Custom objects, Custom tabs, Custom fields, Record Types, Page layouts, Roles, and Profiles.• Having good experience with Formulas, Workflows, Process Builder, Validations and Approval Process.• Experience in setup and configuration of roles, profiles, reports, and dashboards.• Good Knowledge on Asynchronous Apex (Apex Batch jobs, Scheduled jobs, and Future methods).• Experience in Apex Web Services using REST API and Knowledge on SOAP API.• Basic Knowledge on Lightning Web Component (LWC).• Good experience of development and debugging. • Experience in creating Service Max transaction, wizard, custom action, and mobile configuration.• Good experience with Service Max on creating formula, mapping, validation rule, lookup criteria, form fill.• Good experience with Adobe Sign on creating Templates, Merge Mapping and Data Mapping.• Good understanding and expertise of the Software development life cycle • Involved in development of functional Test cases, reviewing of requirements and Test cases, Bug reporting, Resolving SIT, UAT, Hypercare issues and Guiding new team members.
