· Involved in requirement analysis, information gathering and checking Testing feasibility of the application.· Designing and preparing Test cases to validate the application.· Execute Test cases to valid the application through Manual Testing and Automation Testing.· Understanding the Requirements and Functional Specifications of the application.· Preparation & execution of Test Environment setup, Test scenarios, Test cases, Test data and execution.· Perform System testing, Smoke, Sanity, Regression testing, Integration testing, API testing.· Reporting the defects in the Jira and coordinating with the development team.· Involved in End-to-end QA process which includes Test Scenarios, Regression testing.· Preparation of all documents like test closer report, bug report and RTM.

· This is the project concerning the entire request from the users for all requests like Network issue, Permissions, software, and hardware. It keeps track of all request by the user and request automatically assigned to IT members with defined SLA (Service Level Agreement) The first module is HOME. Under This module there are various sub modules like Open Request, Hold Request, Pending Request, Resolved Request and all requests. The Second Module is User Details which is filled by the IT member. This form contains the information of the employee’s detail like Location (Floor, Seat No) username, Employee code, mail, mobile, extension, priority (Low, middle, high), Department, job title, manager name and host name.
