Key Responsibilities • Finalization of books of Accounts of Accounts Receivable department. • Managing Revenue recognisation, Accounts receivables and vendor payables (Other than contractor).• Analysis of Sales/ Billing /Collection variances and take necessary remedial action to reduce the Account receivable• Submission of periodic fund flows, future fund projection Statements and MIS reports.• Looking after Statutory Compliance – TDS, Service Tax on Construction Services, EDC/IDC etc.• Designing of standard process for internal department transactions.• Co-ordination with Branch & Site office. • Dealing with Financial institutions / Banks and Internal Auditors & Statutory Auditors.

Key Responsibilities• Consolidation and finalisation of monthly and annual accounts.• Managing revenue recognisation, accounts receivables and vendor payables.• Inter company elimination, reconciliation.• Analysis of revenue variances, expenses variances, scrutiny of General ledger.• Preparation of periodic fund flows, future fund projection statements and MIS reports.• Looking after Statutory Compliance – TDS, Advance Tax, Service Tax, VAT, Income Tax etc.• Controlling on filing of Balance Sheet, P & L Account and statutory Annual returns.• Managing the invoicing and billing process for global clients.• Dealing with Financial institution & Banks , Govt. Department etc
