Responsible for End-End recruitment activities:- • Handled contract positions, permanent position in UK/Europe for IT Companies. • Screening, Sourcing, Interviewing, Contract Management, Negotiation, and Headhunting. • Good experience in both permanent and contract positions. • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources such as Job Sites and social networking sites like Linkedln, RPS, X-ray search, and execute various recruiting strategies.• Good with creating an excel database of available consultants and maintaining a complete information of the consultants such as Current Location, Rate, Preferred location, area of interest, the expected rate, the employer details, etc.• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. • On-boarding of Consultants.• building and managing relationships with all Consultants. • Maintaining database of all Consultants • Follow-up with the candidates for Interview Schedules till final placement. • Negotiating with potential candidates for critical requirements on offers & joining dates. • Targeting consultants who are eligible to work in the UK with valid visas like Tier 2, PR / ILR, Dependants, and British Citizens / EU Citizens.• Conducting Telephonic, Skype, or F2F interviews and follow-up with candidates for regular updates. • Attention to detail in day-to-day work assigned. • Maintaining internal database and sending detailed reports as requested on recruitment. • Utilization of Social Media and Social recruitment. • Responsible for handling requirements from UK, Europe-based clients. • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
