• Primary Job functions include business Retention, value Expansion and providing Level 1 service to improve customer experience and ensure the retention rate to achieve revenue and profitability.• Managing Key accounts to increase the business by both, value wise & area wise.• Providing primary application and troubleshooting support to the customers.• Consultative sales of the diagnostic range of products and solutions• Identify and resolve customer pain points of SHPL instruments.• Identified various improvement key parameters/ values in Lab-store and implemented them to Pegadom which helped to reduce the lead time by 33%.• Day-to-day job includes attaining order value as per customer demand via Lab-store and Pegadom

Some major roles & responsibilities include :-• Operate and maintain utility equipment (compressor, RO plant, DM plant, cooling tower, air dryer, pumps and chemical treatment). Safety- Safe Operations.• Initiated an Energy saving project by eliminating a 0.5HP electrical motor from the closed system. Operations and maintenance planning of batch plant equipment (belt conveyor, screw conveyor, bucket elevator, mixer, pneumatic conveying system and hydraulic truck unloader).•To track and reduce downtime of Plant and Machinery to achieve the targets. Smooth and efficient completion of preventive/ Maintenance and daily routine activities.• To enhance the life of costly spares through Predictive maintenance.• To monitor & and control daily Utility consumptions (water, air, chemical).• To manage and control the inventory of critical spares.• To manage and control the annual maintenance budget.• To resolve problems through PDCA and develop a culture among the team to conceptualize effective kaizen.• To identify and administer unsafe activities during shift operation and close safety audit findings.
