Lalitha Mani is a trained coach holding the credential of Professional Certified Coach, PCC, with the International Coaching Federation, ICF. Through her coaching she inspires her clients to find their leader within. She is also a certified mediator and attorney with experience in negotiations in domestic and international transactions. Lalitha has a background in both the social sciences and law and brings to coaching her facilitative style along with her natural talent for engaging clients and winning their trust. As a coach, Lalitha has coached a variety of clients including entrepreneurs, women in transition and young professionals who aspire to make a mark in this world. As a licensed Realtor in Northern Virginia, Lalitha also coaches clients to make the right real estate choices, be they whether to rent or own, upsize or downsize, and assists them in moving forward with their real estate decisions. She has a natural interest in people and understands the social and cultural context in which behavior takes place. She brings this unique background in the way she coaches clients, putting them at ease and eliciting their participation. Lalitha uses a coaching model that brings a balance between who a person is (being) and what a person does (doing). It is a transformative model in which clients are seen as being naturally creative, resourceful and whole and capable of finding their own solutions to the challenges they face. Lalitha has a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania and has a JD from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio. She is a member of the DC Bar. She is a Realtor with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate in Fairfax, Virginia.
