Finished Goods QC:1.1 Inspect finished products at production facilities for Super 7 standards of quality and shipment requirements;1.2 Coordinate with USA team to develop and maintain Super 7 quality standards;1.3 Complete and issue inspection reports to USA for review before shipment leaves factory;2. Production Line QA:2.1 Monitor the production line for quality standards, from injection release to finished pack out.2.2 Provide status updates to the USA on development timeline concerns and/or quality concerns.2.3 Coordinate with production facility on corrective action plans, including follow ups to verify corrected3. Pre-Production Development Samples:3.1 Liaise between USA and factory's development team on sample progress and improvements;3.2 Keep USA updated with priorities needed for factory development flow;3.3 Help to translate communications between both parties to speed up development;3.4 Problem solve on difficult development issues;4. Vendor Management:4.1 Monitor vendors for compliance; 4.2 Assist with sourcing new vendors to meet development or quality needs;4.3 Communicate any capacity or development delays in advance;5. Tooling/Engineering Development:5.1 Coordinate development on engineering and prototyping;5.2 Provide status updates to the USA on development timeline concerns and/or engineering concerns;5.3 Translate and educate both parties on needs and limitations in engineering development.

Mounting bracket design & prototype verification and tooling DFM are accomplished;5. Key responsibilities:1.Conduct factory audit to ensure 1.1 they have valid Business license,Customs export registration form,Export quality license or Toys export quality license,ISO9001:2015 Certificate,C-TPAT/GSV certificate, ICTI certificate,FSC certificate if wood products and CARB certificate if products apply to plywood or MDF; 1.2 all sharp tools are under control; 1.3 heavy metal during each process is under control; 1.4 EHS responsibilities are being taken. 2. Ensure that factory can properly handle claim from consumer, M&D customer, M&D distribution center and M&D office across the world, and execute CAPA completely3. Perform final inspection and send finished product sample to 3rd party for testing, so as to make sure product safety & quality are met,if any issues are found, require supplier to take and implement CAPA;4.Perform in-process inspection and send raw material,component and semi-finished product to 3rd party for testing, so as to make sure product safety & quality issues are detected, analyzed and CAPA is taken and implemented timely; 5.Ensure smooth New Product Introduction and existing product transfer, supplier must well understand M&D manufacturing process,product safety and quality requirements, Drawing,Reference sample, BOM,Product Management Plan,WI and IP must be available;6. Ensure all delivered products shall pass metal detection;7. Train new coworker and appraise their performance;8.Take all opportunities to influence all coworkers from shop floor to management at supplier side, so as to improve their Q competence & awareness and take M&D product seriously.
