I am a Black Buddhist Southern Queen and authorized Lama from the Kaygu School of Tibetan Buddhism. I practice and teach freedom, self-expression, and radical self-care. Focusing on the intersection of social change, identity, and spiritual practice, I support people with their mental health, showing them how to do the work of making the necessary choices in relationships and daily life to heal and free themselves from trauma.I am the author of Love and Rage: The Path of Liberation through Anger and co-author of Radical Dharma: Talking Race, Love and Liberation.
