For a recent changeover I had to arrange to have a car moved into the store through the shopping centre which involved writing a risk assessment, talking to the Directors of the shopping centre and multiple departments and senior management within Carphone Warehouse, in order to ensure we had adequate resources and insurance to carry out the task.
