The Terrace is a strategy agency that helps organizations activating their sustainability potential, through organizational innovation and meaningful marketing & communication. The Terrace offers sustainability strategy services, and meaningful marketing tools that support organizations in their path to sustainability.

In this project, normal citizens are challenged and supported to become 'change agents' in the energy-transition, making positive changes in their local environments and inspiring others to join their self-designed initiatives. As part of the action-research, a reliable sustainability-measurement model is developed to support these citizens to assess and improve their ideas and projects, taking into account economic/technical, ecological, social and cultural aspects.
