I am a Recruiting Coordinator at 23andMe, a leading consumer genetics and research company, where I coordinate up to 25 open roles at a time and own additional Recruiting and People Ops tasks. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where I learned how to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and stakeholders. My core competencies include communication, human resources, administration, and event planning.In my current role, I use my communication and HR skills to source, screen, and coordinate candidates for various roles, including internship and patient support positions. I also contribute to the Summer Internship Program logistical planning and social events, creating a positive and engaging experience for the interns.
