Security Manager, Facility Security Officer, Insider Threat Program Senior Official
Current- Manage all matters and supervise personnel for the Industrial Security and Export Control programs at TEKsystems. This includes Key Management Personnel (KMP) duties as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO) while supervising three Personnel Security (PERSEC) Officers and a two Senior Contract Specialists. Registered Special Security Officer (SSO) with the National Security Agency (NSA).- Lead the Export Control, ITAR, and EAR compliance for TEKsystems, Inc. and TEKsystems Global Services (TGS), LLC. Manage Facility Clearances (FCLs) for TEKsystems and TGS. Resolve and provide guidance for complex contract and staffing issues. Review Master Service Agreement (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Purchase Orders (POs).- Advise the President and Chief Financial Officer on Industrial Security compliance. Collaborate with Directors, Executive Directors, and General Counsel on establishing guidelines and policies. Key contributor to $200M of annual cleared Defense business by directing programs, leading other SMEs, and streamlining processes for both companies.- Utilize government systems and documents: Defense Information for System and Security (DISS), NISP Central Access Information Security System (NCAISS), National Industrial Security System (NISS), Secure Web Fingerprint Transmission (SWFT), e-QIP, DD254s, DD2875s, and Army Centralized Contracts and Security System (ACCS).
