• Communicate professionally with customers to answered questions about store policies and addressed concerns• Handle more than 100 orders, both in person and over the phone, daily and inspected all contents before delivery • Restock and organize the store to ensure that the store is always in a perfect condition for the customers• Reconcile cash drawer at start and end of each shift, accounting forerrors and resolving discrepancies
