Responsibilities- Strive to achieve customer service excellence for Malaysia and Brunei markets.- Define and manage customer service management strategy with Managing Directoraligning to the company missions and goals.- Managing all existing TARGET customers comprising of system integrators, machinebuilders and key account end users.- Build good relationship with existing customers. Solicit sales of new or additionalrevenue from existing customers.- To manage and lead a team of Customer Service Engineers in the near future (1 -2years)- Manage existing and prepare new Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and otherrelated documentation / CRM software by working closely with other departments.- Setting up Google feedback form for customer service feedback for furtherimprovement.- To work with HODs in relation to Customer Service Management especially when aTARGET client is converted to Beckhoff user.- Organize Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plan / ComplainManagement tasks for the company – proactive measures.- To support Sales Team through presentation to existing customers on new productsand technology- Provide coaching and training to all Customer Service Engineers
