- Perform analysis including statistical and experience studies, such as Mortality study, Lapse study, Expense study, UL product and Pension Premium persistency, by measuring impact of the difference between actual and expected assumptions under various metrics and propose assumption changes if any.- Application of actuarial techniques and product knowledge to ensure data is reconciled, mappedand transformed into a standard format which is suitable for experience studies and managementinformation- Build valuation models for new products using AXIS in order to run cash flows and other fit-for-purpose metrics- Calculate profitability and value of new policies sold- Collect data from other departments and perform data analysis regarding sales by distribution channels, regions, territories, product lines and other categories in order to provide insights of business operations- Prepare reports to regional office and regulators (Ministry of Finance)- Make recommendations to enhance and improve current processes for data collection andextraction, monitoring and reporting- Reinsurance: Maintain records and prepare reinsurance billing; calculate premium being paid, claims to be recovered and other premiums related to lapsed and reinstated policies; perform any tasks related to analysis and assessment of reinsurance- Assets and Liabilities Management (ALM), include but not limited to fair value adjustments for bonds, asset mix analysis, credit risk and liquidity risk analysis, credit default forecast; perform asset and liability duration calculation, assets and earned rate projections using AXIS. Support in the review of ALM policies, investment strategy and investment expense assumptions.- Annual review of products with guarantees and adjustable products using various metrics- Other tasks assigned by line manager
