Using the point-of-sale system, knowing the menu, knowing different steak cuts, steak temperatures, sides, dressings, loaded toppings, bagging orders, delivering customer satisfaction, taking orders, carrying drink and food trays, expediting food out, running entrees, appetizers, salads, bar drinks, delivering rolls to tables, refills, line dancing, chanting birthdays, seating guests, silverware, stocking, cleaning sections, back work.

While interning at SMG, being a Tier 3 Support member, some things I have done are, remoting in to install/uninstall software for faculty and providing admin credentials to complete those tasks, using Quick Assist and Remote Help, using Windows PowerShell to reset passwords, using Active Directory Users and Computers to look up the properties of students and make sure their accounts are in good standing and when their accounts were created using Customer Relationship Management, (CRM) to look at applications, using Banner Admin Cloud to look up PII and for verification of whose calling (mostly students), completing name changes on Banner and deleting drives by associating users to new drives, accessing Team Dynamix to use a ticketing system, accessing knowledge base articles for assistance, answering general technical questions, setting up YubiKeys, assisting walk-ins, providing faculty VPN access, helping set up a room on campus with new computers, cable management, room checks across campus, communicating via Teams with Network System Analysts, Network Security Analysts, and determining student accounts that were compromised and fraudulent, accessing Microsoft Azure to reset MFA usage for students and faculty, assisting with the set-up of Microsoft Authenticator for students and faculty, using WebAgent Anywhere365 to answer calls, attending DMACC orientation by providing credentials to individual students, transferring students to which department can accommodate them better.

Checking out customers, inventory, cleaning (sweeping + mopping), stocking the beverage cooler, lottery auditing, counting the register, dropping cash into the safe, counting the safe, cleaning shelves, checking lottery tickets, making sure products and SKUs are up-to-date, making pizzas, burritos, bowls, putting tobacco and alcohol delivery away, cleaning bathrooms, wiping down counters, restocking lids, straws and cups, cleaning the gas pump proximity, picking up trash in the parking lot, cleaning trash cans, doing outside trash, refilling ice chests with full ice bags, washing dishes, refilling soda bibs, closing down the store when needed.

Seating guests, bussing occasionally, arranging tables and chairs, giving out and sorting menus, silverware, giving accurate wait times, learning the point-of-sale POS, communicating effectively with other co-workers.
