- Founding team member of Oki Semiconductor, spent time in Oki Headquarter in Hachioji and other factory locations throughout Japan for the initial training.- Developed the Operation Manual prior to the start up for Oki Semiconductor.- Worked with machine suppliers to test and bring in production and testing equipment.- Maintained the Operator Certification Program.- Worked with the cross functional team to prepare for ISO-9000, and became the first company in Oregon certified for ISO-9000.
