1. Medical strategy planning  I am a key contributor to medical affair section in Brand plan/Functional plan 2015 & 2016. When facing challenging competition environment and changing approval timeline, I managed to keep up the group's morale to focus on the solutions and our goal of deliver innovation drug to patients as soon as possible. 2.
