Oversaw two independent, student-run coffee shops to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality beverages and baked goods. Competitively selected as a grant recipient from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation to perform a summer research project exploring the intersection of protest and art. Through this project, I studied as an Apprentice with Bread and Puppet Theater, a world-renowned activist art organization in Glover, Vermont.

Worked independently to create an action plan for the Take it Outside California Initiative. Coordinated with the California Council of Land Trusts and organizations across the Monterey Peninsula to begin outreach for the project.

I worked with a peer in the Goodwin-Niering Center for the Environment to create a pilot program for art education with Avalonia Land Trust. We worked with the land trust to create a plan that met their needs as an organization. This education program included a nature walk and art project using organic found materials with local elementary school children.

Enhanced guest experience through interactive and educational performances. Educated guests on the history of sardine canning in Monterey, CA through museum theater. Facilitated interactive presentations for visitors on making sustainable seafood choices.
