Leading up to 138 personnel, I ensured the supply chain availability and operability of $71M munitions stockpile. ➙ By realigning a 120-acre storage compound housing 2K items and creating a 22 square foot storage facility, I extended bomb inspection requirements by 5 years.➙ Employing Lean Six Sigma techniques in process improvement, I worked with the logistics team to reduce travel and handling time by 67% and saved 3,200 hours in productivity yearly.➙ I managed the maintenance, repair, safety and security inspections of 44 facilities and a 120-acre industrial complex that housed $41M in munitions handling support equipment. ➙ I coordinated the logistics of 4,100 tons of munitions annually through receipt, warehouse storage, inspection, testing, transportation and shipping and handling.

I managed $2.7B munitions arsenal, forecasted requirements and ensured adequate inventory levels of War Reserve Materials (WRM) at 6 locations across the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia. Serving as a communications liaison, I oversaw 74 contractors in the execution of $8.9M munitions portion of the WRM contract.➙ Coordinating with Qatari customs agents, I managed the transportation logistics of moving large-scale sensitive munitions shipments. As part of the Iraq drawdown, I directed quarterly large-scale transportation and redistribution of hundreds of containers of munitions.➙ I maintained 100% data integrity over 5 different munitions databases with 296 end-users. I orchestrated the safety inspections of bomb dump and validated 100% serviceability of munitions assets. ➙ Creating a supply chain framework, I ensured customer needs were met in a timely manner in support of critical combat operations with the delivery of $69M weapons stockpile.

I led the logistics for $398M Joint Programmable Fuze (JPF) munitions systems. In support of aircraft integration, qualification and hard target characterization, I managed $2.5M JPF test program.➙ To ensure customer needs were met, I designed infrastructure, developed integration capabilities to be supported with different aircraft platforms and worked with test organizations to evaluate functionality in varied environments. ➙ I developed accelerated delivery plans that placed 7K+ JPFs to 5 allied partner nations 6 months early. By coordinating the delivery of key components, I averted production shutdown.
