Lance Blake is a registered architect with 30 years of experience. Within two years of joining Rotwein & Blake in 1984, he became Director of Design and shortly thereafter President and Managing Principal. He is responsible for a wide variety of projects encompassing corporate, institutional, cultural, education, medical and land use master planned development.Lance’s work is widely known throughout the real estate industry as aesthetically pleasing, innovative, practical, flexible and constructible. Being considered “the developer’s architect”, his approach to corporate architecture has been and remains creating architecture that is adaptable to the ever changing conditions throughout a buildings life cycle.
