Lance is an experienced litigator who helps clients resolve a variety of business-related disputes, including business tort and breach of contract actions, construction claims, environmental disputes, and defense of major property damage and personal injury claims. Lance has significant experience in representing lenders and servicers in commercial foreclosures, real estate litigation, lender liability and receivership actions. Lance has also successfully represented small and large employers in disputes involving discrimination, wrongful termination, and retaliation claims.Lance represents clients at trial and in appellate courts in Oklahoma and at the Federal level. Lance is also a former certified volunteer mediator with the Oklahoma Alternative Dispute Resolution System and has experience representing clients in mediation and at arbitration.
