- Lead Product Manager for an “AI Writer” feature which leveraged large language models (LLMs) to help job seekers tailor the content of their resumes to a specific job and improve overall quality. This effort resulted in a 4% increase in positive connections between jobseekers and employers.- Developed a new experience to encourage users to easily enrich their Indeed profiles with information acquired from third party sources. This project resulted in the renewal of a $300k/year contract.- Worked directly with customers to develop a feature designed to address a market wide pain point with sourcing Registered Nurses. Conducted the Beta rollout which demonstrated a 50% increase in paid employer to jobseeker contacts.- Managed a team of 9 engineers to deliver the worldwide rollout of a new privacy setting to millions of users. Accounting for regional complexities and ensuring the company remained compliant with all international legislation.

- Launched a new site designed to acquire traffic for referral to Indeed. Grew the site through strong search engine optimization which resulted in site pages ranking on the first page of Google search.- Managed the engineering team responsible for launching partnerships. Integrating Indeed’s referral marketing program with a third-party platform which enabled the team to quickly launch standardized partnerships, leaving bandwidth for the development of custom partnerships with larger partners.- Onboarded an acquisition property with the aim of implementing a software development kit (SDK) to integrate with Indeed’s job feed and reduce tech debt. Acting as an internal customer to the SDK team providing a close feedback loop to inform new feature needs and upcoming development.

- Served as the primary on-site liaison for demonstration projects, partnering with customers to effectively showcase technology and quantify project metrics. As a direct result, clients proceeded to commission full scale water treatment plants. Generating over $5M in revenue for Saltworks.- Managed external contractors to ensure completion of engineering documents that met high company standards. With the aim of reducing operational costs and optimizing company resources to meet multiple concurrent project deadlines.- Collaborated with a cross functional team of engineers across disciplines to develop custom solutions for clients' water treatment requirements.

Provided support and technical expertise to Imperial Oil’s 22 product distribution terminals as a member of the Field Engineering team of Imperial’s Canada Fuel Operations (CFO) division. Involved with projects such as:Norman Wells Temporary Offload Pad Project | December 2016 – February 2017• Assisted with the accelerated preconstruction job planning of new hydrocarbon offloading facilities at the Imperial Oil Norman Wells distribution terminal. • Drafted work procedures and safety documentation prior to job execution. • Provided onsite oversight of initial project construction.Hay River TRV Upgrade Project | February 2017 – April 2017 • Conducted project planning and product procurement as interim project manager.• Planned installation procedures of 16 thermal relief valves at the Hay River distribution terminal while mitigating hazards arising from a lack of system isolation points.
