The Emory Division of Hospital Medicine is one of the largest academic Hospital Medicine programs in the U.S., with approximately 250 MDs and 50 + APPs. We have clinical teams across 10 different hospitals, including large academic centers, community hospitals, a safety net hospital, as well as a VA facility. Responsible for operational, financial, and strategic direction of the Division in partnership with the Division Chief.

Administrative leadership over Hospitalist teams at three Emory Hospitals. Key responsibilities included leading the integration of approximately 45 Hospitalists into the Emory Division of Hospital Medicine after being acquired by Emory Healthcare.

Managed the CT Surgery team at Emory St. Joseph's hospital, which is a high volume cardiac practice focused on complex aortic cases as well as being a leader in cardiac and thoracic robotic surgery nationally.

Focused on schedule system conversion of IDX to GE Centricity Business across the enterprise. Also responsible for defining, measuring, and analyzing a project focused on improving provider schedule resources in Endocrinology.

Worked with a multi-disciplinary breast cancer research team performing various retrospective and prospective studies. Primary responsibilities included protocol creation, data collection/analysis, patient consent, database management, and IRB compliance.

Assisted teen boys with their treatment issues and taught them day-to-day coping skills and healthy living habits. Worked side-by-side with licensed clinical therapists to give individual help to students. Developed skills to respond to daily crisis interventions using various therapeutic approaches. Effectively charted on behavioral dichotomies that described behaviors related to each student's clinical needs, helping them reach personal goals.
