In this role, I serve as the primary subject matter expert and central point of contact for cybersecurity pertaining to OT assets across our manufacturing operations, facility management, and product lines.My responsibilities include developing and implementing a robust governance model for applying cybersecurity practices, ensuring the protection of OT assets from requisition through retirement. I establish controls, standards, processes, and procedures to effectively manage cybersecurity risks associated with OT software, hardware, and equipment.Furthermore, I maintain an inventory of OT assets organization-wide. I also develop vendor management practices for OT, aligning them with established IT protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency.I actively engage with Husky's customers to address security concerns related to our products, providing valuable insights into the product development cycle. Finally, I assist with any daily operational activities related to OT assets, offering support where needed to maintain optimal cybersecurity posture.

As a Digital Maintenance Specialist, my role revolves around maintaining and optimizing digital assets and systems to ensure they operate at peak performance and reliability. With a deep understanding of digital maintenance practices, I am committed to enhancing operational efficiency while minimizing downtime for critical systems.In my day-to-day work, I conduct routine maintenance tasks on various digital equipment, machinery, and systems. By staying proactive, I aim to prevent issues and ensure optimal functionality. Additionally, I am responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and performing repairs on digital systems, including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and control systems.Another crucial aspect of my role is implementing software updates, patches, and upgrades to improve system performance and security. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address digital maintenance needs and priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.To prolong the lifespan of digital assets, I develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures. By monitoring performance metrics and conducting root cause analysis, I identify and address recurring issues, driving continuous improvement in digital maintenance practices.Furthermore, I provide training and support to maintenance staff, sharing best practices and procedures to enhance their capabilities in digital maintenance. At Husky IMS, I oversee comprehensive support for approximately 800 end users spanning the United States. This includes providing assistance to onsite teammates at our Milton, Vermont, campus, remote service technicians across various regions, and personnel at smaller facilities nationwide. My responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks, from performing general computer maintenance to managing our on-premises data center. Additionally, I take charge of local network configurations, spearhead sitewide machine deployments and rollouts, and offer technical support for the machinery within our manufacturing facility.
