During my employment I managed to amass quite a few Role Responsibilities. I began taking inbound calls supporting strictly Apples CPU line which included everything that was a notebook or desktop. Time and demand provided an opportunity to pick up a duel certification and I was able to crosstrain to be able to provide support for Apples iOS line which included Phones and Tablets. Additionally I was proficent enough with product knowledge and troubleshooting flows with the previously mentioned product lines that when asked if id be interested in transfering to a pilot group that Apple has now elected to keep fulltime but I transfered to CPU Chat support where we provided excellent support on a range if products that spanned across the globe as far as customer support was concerned. We had to be very knowledgeable, and have excellent listening skills and the ability to work with language barriers and obviously limited options with support as we were strictly typing and forwarding links and help documents, it posed as a challenge but wouldnt give up the expirience up for anything. I ended up having to step away from the company do to a home network intrusion that at the time posed as a security risk to Apple , but parted ways on fantastic terms.
