Manage the day to day operations of the Automation, Graphics and Project Coordination Department within the Roadway Design Division of the Oklahoma Department of Transportation. Oversee the production of 3d graphics for public meetings. Maintain Divisions computer hardware, software and provide trouble shooting for system programs. Manage the Divisions Projectwise system. Track projects within the Division and provide guidance and resources to Design Squads when needed. Recruit CADD techs for Roadway Design.  Managed the training, welfare, and career progression of an eighty personnel combat unit .Trained and lead soldiers on two combat tours during Operation Iraqi Freedom and one during Operation Enduring Freedom. Conducted over 500 combat patrols during overseas deployments. Continuously wrote unit policy’s adopted by Battalion and Brigade leadership. Currently Hold a Top Secret security clearance. Awarded two Bronze Stars for combat operations. Awarded a Meritorious Service medal, four Army Commendation Medals, five Army Achievement Medals during peacetime operations.
