Responsible for management of construction of small cell and OSP construction projects. Responsibilities include but not limited to, Design walks, Power walks, Hub walks, project SOV’s and project bidding, in addition, plan review, confirming GC has PO and has pulled approved plans and permits, conducting Pre-con with the city, power company and GC, confirming a construction schedule with GC, managing GC and cx actives, daily and weekly site visits and updating and reporting real time status to project management team. Other responsibilities would include confirming GC is following RFA and plans reflect RFA. In addition, confirming the GC is following the approved plans and intervening with GC and A&E regarding RFI, COR and PO’s needed. Also, cross referencing approved utility plans to approved building plans confirming no engineering or regulatory issues would need to be addressed. Other duties include ordering and tracking of various Crown Castle Equipment through KMM and weekly status meetings with GC’s and PM’s. Also, conduct QA with GC confirming site is built per make ready, fiber design and Node Drawings. Last, filling out QA forms and writing up gig list / punch list. Once punch list / gig items are completed uploading updated or built per design plans to Crown Castle server and close out team. Experience with MS Office.

Responsible for management of construction of Verizon Wireless Macro Cell sites from Bid Walk and NTP to On-Air and hand off to Verizon Operations. Responsibilities include but not limited to, lock downs, bid walks, preparation of Bid notes, confirming sites have NTP, confirming GC has PO and has pulled approved plans and permits, conducting Pre-con with LL and GC, confirming a construction schedule with GC, managing GC and cx actives, weekly site visits and updating and reporting real time status to project management team. Other responsibilities would include confirming GC is following NTP items such as Tribal Monitoring, EMIS, ASR, EES and EME. In addition, confirming the GC is following the approved plans and intervening with GC and A&E regarding RFI, COR and PO’s needed. Also, cross referencing approved utility plans to approved building plans as to confirm they match without regulatory issues needing to be addressed. Other duties include tracking of various Verizon Wireless Equipment and weekly status meetings with GC, PM and CE. Last, once sites are On-Air with commercial power and generator commissioned I would then set up and conduct QA with GC and Verizon Operations Manager, making sure all correction items are completed, then handing off sites to Operations. Responsible for preparing bid packages for new projects from $900,000 to $2,000,000. Ownership of projects from bidding process to Turnovers. Responsibilities include but not limited to Plan Review, Updating Contracts and Exhibits for bidding GC’s, Various problem solving including working through all Architectural and Structural RFI’S, Various billing and approving of progress payments, Progress meetings, keeping jobs on schedule and working with visual teams on design. Coordination of Forever 21 material with material coordinators and Job-sites, Coordinating with operations for store openings and updating daily project reports and weekly job status photos, in addition, traveling, typically by air, to areas throughout the United States for the Turnover of Projects and Coordinating of openings. Last, making the final punch list for GC’s and following through making sure the punch list is completed and managing warranty on my designated projects. Experience with MS Office.

Responsible for construction of cell sites from preconstruction job walk to final. Various types of sites. Ground builds, caissons and towers, vaults, roof tops, TI’s and shelters. Constructed sites for Verizon, T-Mobile, and Metro PCS projects. Scheduling of in house along with subcontractor activities. Preconstruction meetings with property owners, customers and city and utility inspectors. Scheduling of Deputy Inspectors, soils, civil and structural engineers. Scheduling of all city, county and utility inspections. Coordinate plan issues with architectural and structural engineers. Track and update job schedules with operations and project managers. Ordering of various materials and equipment to jobsite. Working in tenant sensitive, public buildings. Occasional hands on activities. For example, layout, underground electrical , cad welding, ground rings and grounding, telco ready, demo., framing, drywall, insulation, painting, epoxy applications, installation of steel platforms. Also, operating of man lifts, forklifts and small cranes. Experience with MS Office.

Responsible for scheduling of all subcontractors from trench to homeowner occupancy. Consult with architects and subcontractors on structural and architectural changes. Schedule deputy inspectors for various inspections per city and county codes. Work with Civil, Soils, and Structural engineers along with all inspectors from Public Works, Grading, planning and building departments. Monitor all quality control. Pay on all contracted draws and process P.O.'s and Backcharges. Conduct pre-job meeting with subcontractors, utility and building inspectors. Tracking of all options selected by homeowners and/or sales. Monitor customer service and make sure customers’ needs are being taken care of, timely and professionally. Stay in constant communication with Operations, Sales and Marketing departments. Track and update all construction schedules and revise as needed. Accountable for all OSHA safety and SWPPP for all construction activities from start to customer orientation. Experience with MS Office.
