I had a background of customer service doing computer tech support and call center experience from jobs helped in college. This helped me in managing a retail store by being able to communicate the importance of customer service and instruct how to communicate with customers in our stores to my staff. Through my tenure as a manager I have ran many stores and have been given many responsibilities by my superiors. I have helped train new managers, been a visual merchandizing/new product captain for the districts I have worked in. My stores have been very successful, including an award for top sales in our market (~1500 stores). I have created a tracking system for products in our stores that was adopted by our whole company to protect our high cost items which saved the company from an epidemic shrink loss category.
