Successfully restructured and turned around TTM of MD then Moving to Smith Barney as a First Vice President .Mr. Roth developed corporate finance and private equity opportunities and also represented Robinson Humphrey Capital Partners Private equity co-investment fund, Prudential Volpe Technology Partners Vice President , Merrill Lynch Vice President , And was a consultant to InsCap, LLC. And LIM advisors in Hong Kong. Mr. Roth was also a Special advisor to Shattuck Hammond Partners and headed their marketing and development efforts for the Non- Profit Preferred Funding Tax exempt loan fund. Mr. Roth joined Cohen and company as a vice President 1n 2006 focusing on Non profit finance and New Energy Finance and Government Guaranteed lending programs working closely with the SBA. In addition Mr. Roth has taught as an adjunct professor of Finance in the Graduate Business program at The Sellinger School at Loyola College in Maryland from 1997 to 2012. Mr. Roth lectures focus on current trends in Mergers and Acquisitions and special topics in Investment Banking and Corporate Finance. In addition Mr. Roth has served as a board member of The Child Abuse Prevention center ,Board Member Operation Sail Baltimore, MD. ,and an Advisor to the Abell Foundation
