With staff spread across 7 offices, Lance works diligently to keep excellent communication between the sales and the technical specialists teams. Lance especially enjoys working with sales personnel to help further training and service sales, regularly joining pre-sales client calls and building scopes of work. Lance also manages the growth of the technical specialist team, working with each specialist to ensure a great work experience. Lance heads up initiatives that provide standards and best practices concerning technical responsibilities and ECAD principals. Lance's other daily activities involve a range of tasks, from working with marketing to promote training and services, to helping the sales team by building training/service assets and providing education on how ECAD's service capabilities can help provide customer solutions.
