This involved engagement with key high level stakeholders and leadership teams, including both internal and contractor operations teams and associated planning and regulatory departments, to design, implement and drive required performance improvements in line with business targets and budget challenges.Another key aspect of this role included the development of efficiency saving and change management projects. Providing support, guidance and training to end users, while driving delivery and implementation of these projects within Customer, Field Operations and Resource Planning departments. This also included the production of glide paths, performance recovery models and scenario planning tools, primarily based in Microsoft Excel and SAP Business Objects, to measure success and target delivery against key performance indicators and challenging business targets.During this role I directly managed 2 FTE, working as analysts, data processing and completing transactional activities in support of these projects.This role also led to a brief secondment to the London 2012 Olympics team acting in a key management support role for the Olympic Duty Manager and Planning Teams, controlling and coordinating work between internal and contractor planning teams, London's road owners and Transport for London, during one of the most exciting and dynamic periods in London's history.
