Lance is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of international experience and expertise in the U.S. and Europe, with P & L responsibility for a broad range of industries in start-up, turnaround and standard operating circumstances. Expertise in corporate identity, strategic vision and mission planning. Demonstrated successes in change and risk management. Lance has served as CEO of several successful startup banks in California as well as British recruitment companies and European satellite music companies. He also founded a niche clothing business in the U.K. He has served as an elected official in the United Kingdom. A native of California, Lance attended the Management Policy Institute at University of Southern California and is a member of the Institute of Directors in London. Mr. Thomas has been responsible for managing in excess of $600 million in assets (Bel-Air Savings) and was charged with the overall supervision of a staff of 900 (Gibraltar Savings). Lance is a Principal of Harbor Quest Hawaii LLC, a company whose vision includes the building a new harbor facility for West Maui. Lance is a member of the British American Business Council in Los Angeles and a member of the Los Angeles World Affairs Council. He founded the Great British Trading Company (California) in 2014 and launched a new brand of rum - Black Bart Navy Rum - in California in 2016.
